| Here is a brief history of my painting career… I began painting in 1975 in a local craft shop. I then began teaching about 6 months later. (This is when I first met Jean). I have been teaching ever since. I have had many privileges during my painting career some of which I will now mention: Worked for a distributor, owned my own retail shop. In addition, Published 3 Decorative Painting Books, over 125 Design Packets, taught in my local areas, Nationally, including most National Conventions and Las Vegas Conventions, as well and Internationally. I enjoy painting with Acrylics, Oils and Heat set Oils, too. Recently I have expanded my painting interests to include custom painting on furniture, walls and floors while working not only through designers but also through: Top To Bottom Contracting, Inc., a new business my husband and I started. I feel blessed with all of the valuable friends I have made and the opportunity to meet---- all through the Beginning Tole Class I signed up for at that little craft shop nearly 27 years ago. | |
