Ordering patterns through Packet Emporium is a snap!

From our home page, you will be able to choose from a variety of categories, including a listing of packets by artists, surface, medium, painting skill or subject. You can also click on the search link and search by keyword of your choice. The database will then return the latest listing of packets meeting your criteria, or under that category choice. Simply click on the underlined packet name and you will go to a page where you can view a photograph of the packet with detailed information about the product, and price.

Just click on the "add to cart" button next to any product you think you'd like to purchase. The program will put this item in your "shopping cart". Just like when you are at a real store, you can change your mind and remove any item from your cart right up until you check out.

When you choose an item, you will be taken to your shopping cart. If you changed your mind and don't want to order that packet, simply click "remove items from your cart".

Continue Shopping: This choice will take you back to the Main Menu to allow you to continue shopping. The program on your computer will remember what you order until you close your web browser. No personal information is sent to us until you actually submit your order.

Complete Order Form Now: This choice will take you to the order information page where you will indicate the method with which you intend to pay. We accept payment online via Visa or MasterCard. You may also print your order and pay via check or money order by mailing in your order.

Remove Items From Your Cart: This choice will take you to the page that will permit you to delete items from your cart.

Change Item Quantities: This choice will take you to the page that will permit you to change the number of items in your cart.

If you prefer not to order online, at the "verify your order" choose print the order form, then exit your browser. No information will be recorded. You can mail your order to the address above.

Shipping and Handling:

We ship all packets in the US as well as outside of the United States via US Mail.

Returns

Because of the nature of pattern packets, we cannot accept returns. Unfortunately those who would take advantage by copying patterns and then returning them have ruined it for those who have a problem. We do accept returns of products damaged during shipping if you report the damage to the US Post Office (or shipping carrier) within 2 business days. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Your returned package should be insured and postage prepaid.

Price Changes:

All prices are subject to change without notice. Billing will be based on prices in effect at the time of shipment. We reserve the right to correct clerical and typographical errors occurring in the typing of the information.
